The problem
Millions of people work in Indian IT services and GCCs, and the employment outcomes that matter most to them are not recorded anywhere searchable. Indian courts can compel platforms to identify users, so the privacy design has to hold without relying on anonymity promises.
How it works
Specification first: a product requirements document (v1.3.1), threat model, data model, and OpenAPI contract, with documented architecture decisions. No reversible identifier is stored. Python API and worker, TypeScript front end, with moderation and steward roles built in from launch.
Status
In development toward web launch. Success criteria are defined in advance: 50 non-seed contributors in a single week and five companies at the publishing threshold within eight weeks of soft launch.
